Online Life and Rider Performance Coaching

About Me

Hey, I’m Warren – Rider. Coach. Business Executive. Virtual Growth Partner.

I’ve spent more than 25 years doing two things I love: riding motorcycles and helping people grow. From climbing the corporate ladder to running my own businesses, from ripping around on mini dirt bikes to knee-down laps on track and chasing race wins—I’ve lived a life fuelled by passion, challenge, and never ending growth.
Along the way, I’ve coached, mentored, and ridden alongside countless individuals, and one things clear: Every one of us could use some help and guidance along the way.

The reason I do this.

Motorcycles saved me more than once—not just as a rider, but as a person. The community, the focus, the lessons learned at speed… they continue to shape who I am. Now, I’m doing my part and giving back.

As a life and rider coach, I bring a unique understanding and skillset to what I offer to clients from around the world. Because of this, I’m constantly being asked for help with challenges like:
  • Improving personal performance (on-road or off)
  • Setting meaningful goals
  • Crushing self-doubt or fear
  • Building great habits that stick (and getting rid of bad ones)
  • Bouncing back from setbacks
  • Turning stress into fuel
…. So here we are. This isn’t therapy. It’s real talk, real tools, and real progress—backed by neuroscience, proven coaching frameworks, and thousands of hours of track time.
Think about it: Every top athlete, CEO, and high performer has a coach. Why? Because growth doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Whether you’re chasing podiums, promotions, or just a better version of yourself—you don’t have to do it alone.

This is for you.

You might be a fellow rider looking to level up, a business professional seeking direction, or someone navigating life's twists and turns. Whatever brings you here, my mission is supporting your journey toward a life worth living.

How we roll together.

Using virtual platforms, I blend hard-won experience and expertise in multiple coaching frameworks including - Neuro Linguistic Programming, Enneagram, Neurozone, International Coaching Federation coaching principles, and track-day instructor skills—into practical guidance. No therapy; just real talk to unlock your true potential in life, business, and on your bike.

HOW & WHY THIS WORKS.

The magic of integrating life coaching with rider coaching lies in the powerful reinforcement loop it creates. When you learn a principle like mindfulness or resilience, you practice it both in everyday situations and on your bike, creating multiple pathways for mastery. A lesson about overcoming limiting beliefs might begin in conversation, then be immediately applied during your next ride, where the feedback is instant and visceral. This dual-context learning accelerates growth as insights from one domain strengthen the other. What begins as conscious practice gradually transforms into intuitive understanding that flows effortlessly between all aspects of your life. The bike becomes not just a vehicle, but a powerful tool for personal transformation and a tangible reminder of your true potential both on and off the road.
